Anuja Amin, Master Trainer

Anuja Amin is a Post-Graduate in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Nottingham. As part of the University Student Training team, she has trained students in areas of communication and team work. She has worked as an HR Professional at the Shell headquarters in the Netherlands. On returning to India, she led a start-up in manufactured snacks. Motivated by her own experience, her passion is to impart non-cognitive skills training to students in India, to equip them with strong leadership skills.


Bhavin Kothari, Master Trainer

Professor Bhavin Kothari is Senior Faculty with Strategic Design Management at National Institute of Design (NID). Prof Kothari is a qualified Engineer–Planner and has pursued another master in Intellectual Property Rights. He has more than 22 years of experience.


Prof Kothari has generated special interest in the circular economy and related areas. He has actively worked to facilitate and generate Intellectual Property (IP) awareness in the designer fraternity. Professor Kothari is an active member of International Association of Innovation Professionals. He is Executive Board Member of the Gujarat Innovation Society. He has also mentored Gujarat Technological University to incorporate Design Thinking in their curriculum. Professor Kothari has been nominated as Member, Board of Governance (BoG) of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Dharwad. Like CMI he is a volunteer of NGO 'Aadarsh Amdavad' & 'Voice of Specially Abled People' (VoSAP) doing good for the society.

Bina Nanavaty, Master Trainer

Bina Nanavaty has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Law. She is a Director at Urja Products Pvt Ltd. She has also completed a training course on Counselling Skills.


Gauri Wagenaar, Master Trainer

Gauri Wagenaar has more than 25 years of creative thinking in the Netherlands and India. Trained initially in the History of Art (M.A. University of Leiden, The Netherlands), she has lived in two cultures and speaks six languages. She has combined academic teaching with nuts-and-bolts advocacy to bridge the differences between corporate cultures. Over an adventurous career, she has applied herself to producing dictionaries, paper restoration, designing informatics and assisting with exhibition designs. Her greatest challenge has been to establish and run the Dutch Govt. trade office in Ahmedabad for 15 years, in reality going much beyond trade to supporting the Embassy’s departments. In so doing, she has built networks across industries and taken on leadership roles, advising several non-profits and serving on educational boards. Passionate, vocal, and an activist, she finds inspiration in the idea of “learning by doing” and in thinking pragmatically, using the creative impulse to bypass bureaucratic bottlenecks in both private and public sectors. 


Megha Antani, Master Trainer

Prof. Megha Antani has an experience of 6 years, 3 of which are in corporate HR. She is
currently an Adjunct Faculty at various colleges in Gujarat and a PhD student at Gujarat
University. Her expertise includes academic teaching, training and faculty interaction.
She has demonstrated abilities in corporate communication and general management.
She has pursued her higher education from a reputed university in London, UK. She is an
enthusiastic professional with ability to design and deliver lectures to a variety of
individuals on topics ranging from Time Management to Human Resource Management.
Her areas of interest and expertise are team work, communication, and broad concepts of
organizational behavior such as Leadership, employee engagement etc.
She has proven expertise in establishing rapport and building trust with students from a
variety of backgrounds, ranging first generation college students to working
She is a trained classical dancer and a certified Zumba® Instructor, and her hobbies
include singing and activities like swimming, running and cycling.

Milind Patwardhan, Master Trainer

Milind Patwardhan is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and a MBA from IIM Bangalore. He brings with him 35 plus years of experience in varied fields ranging from Manufacturing to Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Franchise Management and Profit Centre Management. He has worked in India as well as the Middle East and travelled across Middle East, Far East, and Europe as a part of his professional assignments. He is now based in Pune, India and is an active Toastmaster having held several Executive Committee posts in his home club-Toastmasters for Pune Entrepreneurs. He is presently the Area Director of an Area within the District 98 of Toastmasters International. He conducts workshops in subjects such as Leadership, Public Speaking, Communication, and Entrepreneurship. Milind is also an avid golfer.

Minal Sen, Master Trainer

Dr. Minal Sen (Ph.D., Physics, USA) is a science educator, communicator and an experienced senior business manager. She has worked at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center for her dissertation research. She was on the faculty at the Vikram A Sarabhai Community Science Center (VASCSC) in the science department. She was also a teaching assistant at Boston University School of Management. She was the managing director of a textile mill in Ahmedabad. She has returned to her passion for teaching and has spent many years educating young children at primary village schools. She continues to be actively associated with VASCSC in promoting and developing programs to inspire young minds to do innovative thinking.

Pavani Bakeri, Master Trainer

Pavani Bakeri Agarwal has Bachelors degrees in Commerce and Music. She was a Director at Paksh Developers and at Bakeri Engineers and Infrastructure Ltd. She is a past Chairperson at FICCI Ladies Organisation. She hosted the International Dance Festival and the Seminar on Heritage Tourism in Gujarat among many other events during her tenure. She is a Trustee at Jivraj Mehta hospital, and has provided guidance in the design of Health Check up schemes at the hospital.

She has taught English Grammar, spoken English, Public Speaking, Manners and Etiquette to students from 8 years to 18 years, as well as adults.

Seema Saxena, Master Trainer

Seema Saxena is an independent management consultant. She is a B.Com. (Gold medalist), MBA and LLB, and has also completed a two-year course in Sanskrit from the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan. She has nearly 30 years of corporate management experience with leading organizations. Seema has authored a collection of Puraanic short stories. She is also a mentor at Way To Go, her not-for-profit initiative.

Shalvi Agarvwal, Master Trainer

Shalvi Agarvwal has a Master's degree in English Literature and a Bachelor's in Psychology. She has worked on Project Management, Corporate Communications, Business Operations and Team Management. She is greatly involved in volunteer activities, especially in event planning. She has also worked as a Soft Skills Trainer, conducting workshops for working professionals in Leadership, Communications, Creativity, etc. She continues to pursue her passion - social impact programs.


Sreelaxmi Murthy, Master Trainer

Sreelaxmi is an educator with an experience of over 30 years. She is a Ph.D. in Botany from the University of Mumbai. Her experience ranges from teaching the graduates, post graduates to adolescents. She has been associated with International Education since 2005 till date. She is a certified trainer for Lynn Erickson and Lois Lanning Concept Based Curriculum and Instruction and trains the teacher for Inquiry based Concept based teaching under her own enterprise ‘Nunam’, She is also a certified trainer for Life Skills coaching under “Indian Association of Life Skills Education.”

She has been part of many social service projects catering to areas such as Solid waste management, rural development, and student empowerment.

She finds her passion in working with youth facilitating holistic development.

Viraj Vora, Master Trainer

Dr. Viraj Vora is a dentist by education and holds a Masters degree in Public Health from University of Illinois at Chicago. Despite her education in medicine and public health, she is a trainer at heart, with a passion to touch as many lives positively as she can, and bring about a meaningful change in society through the change of mindset.

Dr. Viraj is the leader for the 'Life Management Training of Trainers' course at Aadarsh Amdavad, an NGO based in Ahmedabad and leads a team of more than 250 volunteers while training 100 participants at a time for public speaking. She is also associated with Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat (KCG) for life and employability skills training for youth

Uma Oza, Master Trainer

Uma Oza holds a Masters degree in English Literature, a Bachelors in Education and has completed Teaching for Understanding and Coaching for Understanding courses from Harvard University. She holds an international certificate in TCI (Theme Centered Interaction) from Ruth Cohen International, Berlin and is also trained in Nonviolent Communication and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. She has over 30 years experience teaching and leading ‘Process work’ and Pedagogy, leadership and soft skills workshops in educational institutes in India and in the Middle East.

She is an external committee member of the Internal Complaints committee of The National Stock Exchange (Gujarat), serves as a Trustee on the board of 'Sahar Waru' - a women's organisation - and mentors the Gujarat team of "Sanjeevani Life beyond Cancer'.
