FLY (Finding the Leader in You) is CMI’s cohort-based program that builds five non-cognitive skills: Conscientiousness, Taking Initiative, Perseverance, Innovativeness and Problem Solving. It runs in three versions.
FLY Scholar is for college students, FLY Junior Scholar is for school students, and FLY Professional is for working professionals.
