KEI helps provide a supportive and leadership-oriented educational environment to at-risk students in Kashmir and elsewhere. The organisation has been doing path breaking work in not just enhancing their knowledge but also equipping them to address real-life challenges and developing their leadership skills. FLY training is an integral part of these efforts.
An initial batch of 166 KEI students from various districts in Kashmir, underwent FLY-Junior Scholar training, showing significant improvement in their both soft skills and their level of self confidence.
