What is FLY Internship Program

Competitiveness Mindset Institute (CMI) offers courses for development of competitiveness mindset and leadership. The courses focus on fostering the practice of 5 non-cognitive skills - Taking Initiative, Innovativeness, Conscientiousness, Perseverance and Problem Solving skills

As part of the internship program, the intern would need to reach out to as many people as possible to explain the course and support them to register for the online classes. An intern would work from home with commitment of about 2 hrs everyday for 4 weeks or more. They should have access to a laptop and high speed internet.

This internship would prepare an intern to practice the 5 non-cognitive skills in the real world and help them to develop the communication skills and self-confidence.

At the end of the internship, the interns will receive a certificate of experience from CMI along with rewards that are based on their performance.
Eligibility criteria

Age - 18 years and above.

Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in effective use of social media.

Willingness to take initiative and persevere to meet the goals.
​

Willingness to commit for 4 to up to 8 weeks with inclination to put in approx. 2 hrs everyday.
