Pratham has launched the FLY program for students at their vocational training institute with the first 2 batches of 80 students.
Participants from different vocational programs - Food Production, Housekeeping, Electric + Solar, and Automotive - attended the training classes. All participants came from rural and semi rural areas and most of whom had dropped out of the formal schooling. Two of the participants had completed their graduation programs at Pratham but joined the program to enhance their employability.
